Accessibility Statement
Effective date: November 3, 2026
We want everyone to be able to read this site, enter the code from their letter, and sign. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA on this website and on our platform's signing page.
What we have done
On this website:
- Pages use real headings, lists and page regions, so screen readers can move through them.
- Everything works with a keyboard alone.
- You can always see which link, button or box has keyboard focus.
- Text meets the WCAG AA contrast levels in both of our page designs.
- Every form field has a label.
- Errors in the code box are announced to screen readers.
- If your device is set to reduce motion, the site turns its animation off.
- Pages still work when zoomed to 200% and on screens as narrow as 320 pixels.
- We use no third-party widgets, pop-ups or chat tools.
- On the signing page, your signature can be drawn or typed, so it works with a keyboard alone, and every error is announced to screen readers.
Known limitations
As of November 3, 2026, we know of none. If anything on the site or the signing page gets in your way, you can sign the paper copy instead. Call [PHONE] or email us, and we will mail it to you with a return envelope.
Tell us about a barrier
If something on the site or the signing page is hard to use, please tell us which page you were on and what happened.

We answer within 5 business days. If you ask, we will give you the same information or service another way, such as a paper letter by mail or a phone call.
